We get to pick on Aaron Nola tonight who currently leads the league in home runs given up this season with 30 as the Phillies host the Marlins tonight.

We’ll take Griffin Conine to hit his home run prop batting .289 and slugging .611 since the all-star break. He hit a home run in last night’s 6-4 Marlins loss going 2-4 and he’s also batting .290 and slugging .638 against right handed pitchers like Nola this season compared to batting and slugging .226 against lefties.

He’s been crushing against Philadelphia in general this season already going 7-16 with three home runs with Nola struggling against left handed batters like Conine this season.

Of the 30 home runs he has allowed 18 have come against lefties while allowing a .506 slugging percentage against them as well. Nola has been worse at home this season as well allowing 16 home runs in 60.2 innings pitched while sporting a 6.23 ERA compared to road starts where the other 14 home runs allowed have come in 69.1 innings pitched including a 4.54 ERA.

Nola’s last three starts have all come at home allowing four home runs combined in 16 innings pitched so with Conine batting .368 and slugging .737 across the last week, let’s take him to hit his home run prop at +350 tonight. Other Marlins batters to consider for a home run prop includes Heriberto Hernandez (+370) and Owen Cassie (+470).

MLB Home Run Prop Best Bet of the Day #2: Andy Pages (LAD) +330

We’ve tried to take as much advantage as possible picking Dodgers batters to hit their home run prop while playing in Colorado and tonight we’re taking a shot with Andy Pages.

Lefty Kyle Freeland takes the mound for Colorado who has allowed 22 home runs in total this season with 19 of them coming against right handed batters.

Against the Dodgers specifically this season he has pitched nine innings while allowing 14 earned runs including four home runs. He has been better as of late allowing just one home run combined in his last three starts so we think there is some regression to the means tonight with Pages going 6-13 with two home runs all time against Freeland.

Against lefties in general this season Pages has been thriving batting .288 and slugging .540 compared to right handed pitchers batting .267 and slugging .431.

Against the Rockies in general this season Pages is batting .348 and slugging .565 and across the last week he’s batting .321 and slugging .571.
