THE PLAY: Minnesota Vikings -118
Kevin O’Connell didn’t waste any time naming Kyler Murray the starting quarterback, a good move if you know who your guy is so the team can develop chemistry without uncertainty. Murray has huge playmaking starters on offense, with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison leading the way. The defense was great a season ago, finishing 3rd in opponent yards per play and 7th in points per game allowed. Defensive coordinator Brian Flores loves to blitz, and he’s done a tremendous job of finding ways to get to the opposing quarterback. The Packers are a team that’s due for regression, and they’ll be without running back Josh Jacobs do to his off the field troubles.
