He has specifically struggled against left handed batters like Moniak allowing 13 of his 17 home runs to them with the Rockies outfielder slugging .615 across the last 15 days and .680 in the last seven days.

Peralta has allowed five home runs in total across his last five starts (22.1 IP) with Moniak slugging .612 against righties and .675 at home this season.
