Best MLB Home Run Prop Today #1: Freddie Freeman (LAD) +610

Although he has hit a home run in two straight games, the odds makers aren’t budging with Freeman’s home run prop odds so we’ll take them for him to hit his home run props once again tonight.

His home run in last night’s 3-1 win over Atlanta was the 18th of his career in the post season and his eighth in his past 33 post season games.

Sure, he only had 16 home runs this season but we know Freeman always has the potential to hit one out batting .323 and slugging .503 on the road this regular season compared to a .254 average and .357 slugging percentage at home.

Right Tyler Mahle takes the mound for Atlanta who kicked off his post season with a seven inning outing against Philadelphia allowing just one earned run.

Against Mahle all-time Freeman is 8-19 with a home run with the Atlanta starter allowing 12 of his 20 home runs this season to left handed batters.

There’s no doubt Freeman has been the catalyst for this Dodgers offense through three post season games batting .364 and slugging .909 so let’s take him to hit his home run props tonight at +610 odds. Other Dodgers to look at for home run props includes Shohei Ohtani (+285) and Max Muncy (+390).

Best MLB Home Run Prop Today #2: Ben Rice (NYY) +340

If it wasn’t for Ben Rice the Yankees would have been shut out the first two games of their ALDS series against the Rays as the series shifts to New York for Game 3 tonight.

Rice has been on fire this whole post season so far actually going 7-15 with four home runs and eight RBIs as we’ll look for him to cash his home run props once again tonight.

Rice was a slightly better home run hitter at home this season clubbing 22 of his 41 there in 264 at bats this regular season compared to the other 19 coming on the road in 309 at-bats. Righty Nick Martinez takes the mound for Tampa Bay who Rice is 4-9 against all-time with three doubles.

Martinez had a solid season for the Rays allowing just 22 home runs in 180 innings pitched with 13 of those home runs coming against left handed batters.

He did allow three home runs combined in his last three starts of the season including one at the Yankees in six innings pitched. Rice had his way with the Rays in general this regular season batting .356 against them while slugging .889 including seven home runs which were the most against any single team this regular season.

Take Rice at +340 to hit his home run props tonight with other Yankees to consider for home run props being Luis Garcia (+440) and Cody Bellinger (+540).
