Second baseman Justin Foscue has been up and down from the minors within the Rangers organization for three years now, but after 23 games he hit his first big league home run back on May 9th and his his second two days ago at Coors Field against the same Rockies team the Rangers will be going up against once more today.

Foscue has excellent odds to hit his home run prop today going up against lefty Kyle Freeland of Colorado.

Freeland has been struggling mightily this season sporting a 7.22 ERA overall and 8.79 ERA when pitching at home.

He has allowed three home runs in 14.1 innings pitched at home and is coming off an outing where he allowed seven earned runs in just 3.2 innings pitched against the Diamondbacks.

Foscue is a righty with six of seven home runs allowed by Freeland coming against right handed bats and Foscue going 4-6 with a home run and two doubles against left handed pitching in his short time in the MLB this season.

The Rangers have already scored 16 runs in two games this series with four of those runs coming off the bat of Foscue so let’s take him at +710 odds to hit his third home run of the season today in Denver against the Rockies.

By his standards Juan Soto has gotten off to a slow start this season, but he’s started to pick it up as of late with three of his seven total home runs coming in the last six days.

He hit one last night in Washington and we’ll take him to hit his home run prop tonight against Zack Littell and the Nationals.

Littell’s 14 home runs given up is tied for second most among all pitchers in the MLB this season with 11 of those 14 coming against left handed bats.

He has allowed a .697 slugging percentage to lefties compared to a .423 slugging percentage to righties and in nine at-bats all-time against Soto has allowed a double and a home run.

In general, Soto has loved playing against one of his former teams since becoming a Met going a combined 27-69 with seven home runs against Washington since the start of last season.

The Mets outfielder also has home runs in his career against Nationals’ relievers PJ Poulin and Brad Lord so let’s take Soto to hit his home run prop at +290 tonight in what should be a high scoring affair in Washington.
