MLB Player Props Today for Thursday: Matt Olson Atlanta Braves OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-125)

Matt Olson has arguably been one of the MLB best hitters in 2026 as he ranks 5th in home runs (14), 6th in OPS (1.012) and 2nd in RBI (37) while batting .295.

Olson has covered this HRR line in 15 of his last 19 games and 31/43 games on the season (72%) while averaging 2.8 HRR per game. Now Olson gets another look at Ben Brown who he’s gone 1-4 (.250) in a short sample size.

Obviously, that isn’t the greatest track record, but Brown isn’t expected to pitch very deep into this game as he’s making his second start after pitching out of the bullpen for the majority of the season and he only lasted 4 innings in his first outing.

Olson has had some short-term success against multiple Cubs relievers including Phil Maton (2-4), Ryan Rolison (2-2 3BB) and Trent Thornton (1-2).

Olson has hit better for average at home (.312 compared to .281) and Truist Park should be a solid hitting environment with temps in the mid-70’s and wind blowing out to center field at 11 mph.
