We are getting 5 1 /2 points with Colorado and we will be more than happy to take the points. We would not be shocked if this Colorado team wins this OR. We are well aware that the Buffaloes did not play well last week but they were decent in the Week 1 loss to Georgia Tech. That is a Georgia Tech team that you may see upset Clemson this week. In saying this we fell that HC Sanders will not be pleased with last week’s effort. They will come out for this game with a different attitude. We had both these teams basically almost tied for 11 TH and 12 TH in the Big 12 and that may seem to be right by the end of the season. Houston does have a legitimate QB in Conner Weigman but we do not believe that makes this team this big of a favorite at home. Yes, they have allowed only 9 points on the season but that changes today as Colorado is no creampuff. We see this line around 4 come game time. We take advantage on Wednesday afternoon. We missed the 5 1 /2 that was there for a hot minute on Monday but we do not like jumping right away on games. Now that we looked we will take the 4 1 /2 and make it a smaller play on Wednesday afternoon. Really impressed with Diego Pavia but we have always liked him even when he was with New Mexico St. Diego and the offense put up 490 yards in Blacksburg in what was a beatdown of the Hokies. Yes the same VT team that deserved a better fate against South Carolina the week before. South Carolina lost a ton on the defense and that comes to play in this one with the way the Vanderbilt offense has looked early. Not sure about the high ranking being justified for the Gamecocks. It looks like Vanderbilt's gains from the portal will turn out for the best over their losses. Second road also makes this a smaller play for us.
