      Even though their offense has been struggling (averaging 4.1 runs over the L21 games), I actually have the Cubs power rated as the favorite here. Look for the bats to wake up tonight in Toronto, facing Jose Berrios, who has some poor numbers this season (like a 4.60 xERA and 4.34 xFIP). 

      Berrios has given up at least four runs, while going six innings or less, in four of his last five starts. He also has a 6.20 ERA in four previous starts vs. the Cubs, who are guaranteed to come up to bat in all nine innings here. And the roof could be open tonight at Rogers Centre. That’s more conducive to the hitters. Remember that the Cubs are still second in all of MLB, for the season, in runs scored.
