NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Nikola Jokic, Nuggets OVER 12.5 Rebounds (-130) DK
Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic has averaged 12.4 rebounds per game through the early part of the regular season.
Jokic has cleared this total in 16 of 28 games (57%) on the season but has fallen short in four of his last six games.
However, Joker has dominated Nic Claxton and the Brooklyn Nets with 14, 17 and 20 boards in his last three head-to-head games including a game where he only played 30 minutes. The Nets allow the 9th most rebounds per game to opposing centers with 15.14 per game.
Brooklyn is a team that fires tons of three-pointers and they have struggled recently including a game against Denver last week where they shot only 8-30 (26%) from beyond the arc. Joker had 15 rebounds in that game, and we only need 13 tonight to cash this ticket.
NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Trae Young OVER 10.5 Assists (+105) DK
Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young is averaging 11.1 assists per game while recording 11+ assists in 13 of 25 games for a 52% success rate.
This includes a game against the Miami Heat on November 11th where he recorded 11 dimes. Young has been lights out recently with 14, 15, 10, 11 and 17 assists in his last five games.
The Heat allow the 12th most assists overall but allow the 4th most to opposing point guards with 9.55 per game.
The Hawks play at the NBAs 4th fastest pace and they rank 3rd in field goals made over their last 10 games.
Young has recorded double digit assists in 17 of 25 games on the season and this a great spot for him against a team allowing boatloads of assists to point guards. Let’s take advantage of the plus money on Young to record 11 again tonight.
