NBA Player Props Best Bet #1: Jalen Brunson (NYK) Over 26.5 Points (-104)

It was an exciting 134-127 2OT win for the Knicks the first time they played the Nuggets at MSG this season as these two go head-to-head in Denver tonight.

In that game Jalen Brunson scored 42 points on 14-27 shooting as we’ll look for him to go over 26.5 points tonight.

Denver is on the second leg of a back-to-back after defeating the Lakers last night and the Nuggets allowing the most points per game to point guards over the last 15 days.

Brunson has averaged just 22.6 points per game over his last five but four of those games came against the Spurs, Raptors, Cavaliers and Thunder all of whom rank top 11 in defensive efficiency this season.

Denver comes in at 22nd in defensive efficiency this season with Brunson averaging 30.2 points per game in his last four head-to-head games against the Nuggets.

With New York coming off a tough home loss against the Knicks and Denver playing on tired legs, let’s look for Brunson to take advantage tonight going over 26.5 points.

NBA Player Props Best Bet #2: Zion Williamson (NO) Over 20.5 Points (-102)

Both the Pelicans and Suns play the second leg of a back-to-back tonight in Phoenix with Zion Williamson leading New Orleans to a 133-123 road win while scoring 23 points on 10-14 shooting.

We’ll take the New Orleans power forward over 20.5 points tonight as it looks like the Suns will lack interior size once again tonight with Mark Williams missing at least 2-3 weeks.

Oso Ighodaro got the start last night for Phoenix but Chicago forward Guerschon Yabusele had his way inside last night scoring 16 points with Williamson bringing much more talent to the table tonight.

Over his last eight games Williamson is averaging 21.8 points per game and shooting 60% from the field during that time and in the two head-to-head matchups against the Suns this season Williamson averaged 21.5 points per game on 62% shooting.

Although the Pelicans aren’t good this season, Williamson still remains the focal point of this offense ranking second in the NBA in paint points per game and Phoenix sitting bottom ten in paint points allowed per game over their last ten.

So, let’s go with the Pelicans big man to get over 20.5 points tonight in Phoenix in an effort to notch back-to-back wins for New Orleans.
