76ers vs Suns Prop Betting Analysis
The Phoenix Suns head to the City of Brotherly Love in Philadelphia against the 76ers on Tuesday night. This is the first of four home games for the 76ers after splitting two road games with a 119-108 victory over the Chicago Bulls and a 107-98 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The Suns will be playing the second game of a back-to-back after handling their business 127-124 in Chicago against the Bulls last night.
This will be the first of two head-to-head matchups between these teams who will meet again in late March. We will be looking at this game from a props perspective today.
76ERS vs SUNS TEAM TOTALS
This is an interesting game as the spread is basically a pick’em, so both teams have the same team total of 109.5. On the season, the Suns rank 3rd in points scored with 113 a game, while the 76ers rank 21st with 107.8 a game. Both teams are top 10 in points allowed with just over 105 per game, the Suns rank 6th while the 76ers rank 8th.
The Suns will be missing Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet tonight but they are on a back-to-back so others could be rested. The 76ers will be playing without Shake Milton, while elite defender Matisse Thybulle is questionable. I’m not sure if you heard, but Ben Simmons hasn’t played yet this season.
Philadelphia has scored less than 110 points in 5 of their last 6 games, the only game they went over was in overtime. Although, they did have 111 points in regulation. The 76ers play at the 2nd slowest pace in the league and have cashed unders in 31 of 53 games. The Suns are playing their 3rd game in four nights, so they should favor a slow pace tonight.

76ERS vs SUNS PLAYER PROPS
With so many superstars involved in this contest there are tons of different directions you could go with player props. Joel Embiid has been on an amazing scoring run, with 30 points or more in 15 of his last 19 games. You would think DeAndre Ayton could be a defender that could slow him down, but Embiid put up 35 & 38 in two games against him last season. Embiid’s points total is 31.5, so that is a direction you could look. However when a point total is 30+ you need everything to go right, no blowout and no foul trouble or gamescript issues.
I’m going to look towards another high profile player. Devin Booker has a point prop total of 27.5. He has eclipsed 27.5 in 11 of his last 13 games, including a 38 point performance just last night. Speaking of last night, Booker has thrived in the second game of back-to-backs. Booker has scored 21, 29, 23, 30 and 48 in his five back-to-back games this season, cashing this over in 3 of 5 games. Booker will consistently get plenty of shots and if Thybulle is out or slowed by injury, that is one less defender he will have to deal with.
Player Prop: Devin Booker OVER 27.5 Points
76ERS vs SUNS SAME GAME PARLAY
The Booker points prop is my favorite so we will add it here, but for the parlay we will use over 25.5. Chris Paul basically gets nine assists in his sleep. He has nine or more in six straight and 10 of his last 11 games. Seth Curry is obviously an elite three point shooter, he has hit at least one in 18 of his last 19 games. Let’s keep it simple for this one and combine those three for +125 odds.

Phoenix is coming off cruising to victory over the Bulls in Chicago last night. Now the Suns move on to face a Philly side that’s 16-5 since Christmas (although they have lost 2 of their last 3 straight-up and are only 5-6 against the number in their last 11).
The Suns are 21-5 on the road and 17-9 vs. the points on the road, have only been a dog five times this season (3-2) and are 5-2 vs. the number in the second night of back-to-back games.
he Suns regained the services of PF Jae Crowder and C Deandre Ayton for this road trip, additions which will help immensely facing Sixer star C Joel Embiid and PF Tobias Harris. Phoenix 2nd in the NBA in net differential over the last 15 games.
