Although Vinnie Pasquantino has just eight home runs on the season, let’s not forget the Royals first baseman blasted 32 home runs as we’ll take valuable odds for him to hit his home run props tonight.

Pasquantino has been banged up by injuries this season missing a month of play from mid June – mid July and another two and a half weeks from the end of July into August so he hasn’t been able to get consistent offense going for much of this season until now.

Righty Spencer Arrighetti makes his first start for the Blue Jays after allowing three earned runs including one home run in 3.1 innings of relief in his first overall appearance against the Yankees last Friday.

He has been vulnerable to left handed hitters like Pasquantino this season allowing nine of his 13 total home runs to lefties including a .418 slugging percentage compared to a .299 slugging percentage against right handed hitters.

Pasquantino has just one at-bat against Arrighetti in his career and it was a double with him also batting .270 and slugging .422 against right handed pitching compared to a .177 average and .260 slugging percentage against lefties.

At +520 odds let’s take Pasquantino to hit his home run prop tonight with other Royals batters to consider for home run props being Jac Caglianone (+370) and Carter Jensen (+420).

MLB Home Run Props Best Bet of the Day #2: William Contreras (MIL) +430

Lefty Sean Manaea takes the mound for the Mets tonight at home as they host the Brewers after losing 8-1 last night. He has allowed six home runs combined over his last three starts (19.1 IP) as we’ll look for William Contreras to hit his home run prop tonight.

Although Contreras went 0-5 last night, in the four games before that he went 11-17 and although none of those hits were home runs he still notched three doubles.

He has just 12 home runs this season, but is three away from 100 for his career batting .286 and slugging .413 against lefties this season compared to batting .262 and slugging .386 against righties.

All-time against Manaea, Contreras is 4-11 with a double and a home run with the Mets starter allowing 14 of his 19 home runs on the season to right handed hitters while allowing a .495 slugging percentage compared to a .388 slugging percentage allowed against lefties.
