College Football Player Props Prediction 1: Bo Nix, Oregon OVER 321.5 Passing Yards (-115) DK

The Heisman Trophy has become Oregon quarterback Bo Nix’s to lose as he’s currently the favorite with -180 odds entering Friday night’s game with the Washington Huskies.

Nix has thrown for 3,906 yards and 37 touchdowns with only 2 interceptions while also recording six rushing touchdowns.

The Senior quarterback has cleared this passing total in four straight games with 376, 404, 412 and 386 yards. During that stretch, he’s thrown for 1,569 yards and 16 touchdowns to just a lone interception.

Oregon’s only loss was a 36-33 instant classic game against Washington in October. However, Nix thrived in that game, completing 33 of 44 passes for 337 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.

I’m not sure how you could even consider the under in this one as Nix has been on fire and he’s looking to lock up the Heisman. Take the over 321.5 as it opened at 317.5 and will move even more prior to this game.

College Football Player Props Prediction 2: Diego Pavia, New Mexico State OVER 36.5 Rushing Yards (-115) DK

New Mexico State Aggies quarterback Diego Pavia has thrown for 2, 727 yards, 23 touchdowns and 8 interceptions resulting in a QB rating of 64.8.

More importantly for this prop, he’s run for 806 yards and five touchdowns with an average of 5.3 yards per carry. Pavia has cleared this rushing total in 10 of his last 11 games while landing on 35 in the lone game he fell short against the Auburn Tigers.

This includes a game against the Liberty Flames on September 9th where Pavia ran for 63 yards on 9 carries in a 33-17 loss. Liberty’s defense grades out at well above average but they haven’t faced another offense this dynamic.

The Aggies are the only team that Liberty has faced that with a top 35 offense in terms of EPA/Play and New Mexico State has improved since then.

The Aggies have plenty of weapons, but Pavia is the straw that stirs the drink. He should be in throwing situations throughout which will ultimately lead to runs even when his number isn’t called.

Look for his number to also get called early and often to push him up and over this low rushing total.
