Just last week, Douglas set season highs in yards (86), receptions (7) and targets (8) despite the return of AJ Brown. Douglas was Drake Maye’s most reliable target and now Romeo Doubs has landed on the IL with a shoulder injury.

The Chicago Bears defense ranks 31st in yards allowed per pass attempt (7.8) and we have seen several wide receivers eclipse this line in recent weeks including Jahan Dotson (87), Drake London (62), Matthew Golden (123), Christian Watson (143) and Isaiah Williams (73).

Douglas is a true home run hitter (35+ yard reception 3/L4 games) who could easily beat this number with one grab, and the Bears have allowed an NFL high 8 receptions of 40+ yards.

Patriots vs Bears Player Prop #2: D’Andre Swift Chicago Bears OVER 17.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

The Chicago Bears have struggled to run the ball in recent weeks, but Ben Johnson has figured out other ways to get his running backs involved.

D’Andre Swift has recorded 8 receptions on 10 targets in his last two games while finishing with 26 and 30 receiving yards. Now Swift draws a favorable matchup against a New England Patriots defense that has allowed the 5th most receiving yards to opposing running backs with an average of 47.2 per game.

We have seen several opposing running backs eclipse their respective receiving yard lines against New England including Braelon Allen (26), Ashton Jeanty (50), Bhayshul Tuten (17), Jaylen Warren (34) and Rico Dowdle (22).

The books fully expect Swift to be involved as a pass catcher as his receptions line is set at 2.5 with -110 juice to the over and Kyle Monangai has officially been ruled out for this contest due to toe and thumb injuries.
