THE PLAY: Houston +7.0 (-115)
Houston hits the highway to take on Utah in Salt Lake City for arguably the marque game of the weekend. Tough place to play in a rowdy atmosphere up in elevation. However, Willie Fritz the Houston head coach is (6-0) his last six Big 12 Conference road games against the spread.
Conner Weigman is sporting a (20-2) touchdown to interception ratio. Utah QB Devon Dampier served up two interceptions in last week's game alone. Now he has to step up in class facing the Houston stop unit. Giving respect to Rice-Eccles Stadium with ESPN College Gameday in town is the reason this one missed the client card. Although, with (+7) starting to pop up in the marketplace, I grabbed some of the full touchdown and will fire it out as the Saturday free pick- Bet Houston.
