THE PLAY: Carolina Panthers +7.5 (-115)

This line is just wrong and makes no sense to me. Sure, the Hawks are one of the best teams in the league, but this Panthers team has been great at home all year and is no slouch. This Panthers team, just beat TB at home in a must win game and the game before that at home, they beat the Rams (a team that is at the very least equal to the Hawks). Carolina is 5-2 on the year at home and this team is playing hard. I know the Panthers have their who makes the playoffs game next week against TB, but the Seahawks are in the exact same spot. Sure they have made the playoffs, but last week, they had to beat the Rams and next week, (assuming SF wins Sunday), they are playing for the division next week. The bottom line here, is this Panthers team is much better than we expected, are tough to beat at home, are playing hard and are getting 7 or 7.5 points. We are taking the points here, and honestly, I would not be surprised if the Panthers win this game.
