Doesn't make a lot of sense that an injury riddled team could produce 48 wins last season and then oddsmakers come back this season saying, well, they're not injured now and we expect lesser results

Not sure that's true…Stands to reason that at least equal but most likely better results will occur when you're key personnel is healthy and on the floor

Let's go through this team… PG Damian Lillard is now gone to Portland…

OK…Damian Lillard did not play in 24 games last year…The Bucks were 16-8 in games without Damian Lillard

Remember, this is a future board bet…we're not talking about point spreads here, we're just talking about winning the game

They were 16-8 straight up without Lillard on the floor.

#2 PF Bobby Portis served a 20 game suspension last year

Guess what…Bobby Portis is now back on the floor

Everybody who's watched Milwaukee basketball over the course of the last 5 years knows how important Bobby Portis is to this team

Milwaukee loses #1 C Brook Lopez but they’ve replaced him ex-Indiana #1 C Miles Turner

Miles Turner is arguably a better fit for this team

There's was not a lot of statistical separation last season between Turner and Lopez BUT…

The 8 years of age that Turner has in his favor is an upside for the Bucks

Last year where centers are concerned, Brook Lopez was the 11th rated defensive center in the league while Turner ranked #13 so it's kind of a wash there

They were very, very close as far as 3 point shooting percentage goes Brook Lopez was #4 among Centers while Turner was #7…Again, very, very close percentage wise

Blocked shots…Lopez was # 2 & Turner #3

Finally points per game, Turner's much more of a scoring threat, averaged 17.1 last year while Lopez averaged 12.5

Milwaukee could very well be a better team with Miles Turner

Looking at the backcourt with Lillard gone…Milwaukee will now institute a strong point guard tandem consisting of #1 Kevin Porter Jr, & ex-Orlando starting PG Cole Anthony 

Anthony is an overlooked acquisition here…both of these guys can score, they can handle the ball AND…

While not NBA First Team caliber they are better defenders than Lillard  

Checking the overall rotational depth you have two solid point guards, Gary Trent as your #1 SG and Kyle Kuzma starting at the 3

Each are quality NBA players and their backups A.J. Green & Taurean Prince are solid as is #2 C Jericho Sims

Nitty gritty of this future bet is this…Milwaukee won 48 games last year with a lot of adversity 

Giannis missed 15 games, Portis missed 20 games, Lillard missed 24 games and they still recorded 48 wins

This year, their win total, the asking price is 43.5 and it they appear to have a brighter outlook this season 

Inside their division, Indiana is down this year…boost to Milwaukee since they'll play Indiana a couple extra times

So again, the odds makers are telling you that a healthy Milwaukee, at least to start the season, can't even exceed what they did last year

Hard to see it that way…you're asking Milwaukee to be a 44 and 38 team

When you put it in those terms, it seems rather easy to make a move on this number
