THE PLAY: USC -32.5 (-110)
This is one of the biggest mismatches in the month of August. USC is loaded with talent and looking to build off last year's finish. Missouri State, making its FBS debut, will be outclassed all over the field. Recall that the Trojans were last seen, defeating Texas A&M in the 35-31 in the Las Vega Bowl last December. The Trojans erased a 17-point deficit along the way, their biggest bowl comeback ever. Lincoln Riley commented: “In some ways it was kind of a poetic ending to the season. THE PLAY: Denver Broncos -7.5 (-110)
The Broncos are going to be a popular “survivor” pick in Week 1. Nothing's ever certain in the NFL but they should be a relatively safe choice.
