We play Pendrith here for T20 and ties at plus 125 which is a great number considering this weak field. Taylor did win here last year and he has played decent at times this year. Have to believe that his game sets up perfect for this course. Can he beat Scottie ?? Probably not. The reason, he has been struggling with the putter the last month or so. We actually almost took him for T10 but when we saw this price for T20 and ties it was a no brainer for us. Especially with the putting problems. However, a course that he won at last year we believe he will have his best putting weekend in a while.

Before McCarty splashed onto the PGA Tour, he finished his KFT career winning three of his final eight starts. Upon graduating to the PGA Tour, he then proceeds to win in his 2nd career start at the Black Desert Championship in October.
Reality set in thought right after that win as McCarty missed five cuts in his following nine starts with his best finish a T48 during that stretch.
Now with a few months under his belt, he seems to be finding his way with three Top-20s in his last four individual starts (no Zurich) including the Masters. He clearly has the talent to win out here.

Zach had a stretch of golf where his ball striking left him but that was at Torrey Pines, PGA West Stadium & PGA National, three courses that are much more difficult than TPC Craig Ranch. Since those starts, Zach has gained strokes on the field on his approach numbers and continues to be one of the better putters on tour. ZJ has played TPC Craig Ranch once and turned in a T20 finish last year. Top 65 and ties make the cut this week where Zach is -150 to make the cut. I think Top 40 offers good value on a PGA Tour veteran at a course in which he has good history at as well as match his golf game, but also against a weak PGA Tour field this week.
