Free Pick Rotation #954: MLB Tuesday Free Pick OVER 7.5 in Chicago Cubs vs Colorado Rockies @ 8:05 ET - We get a very low total here for a couple reasons and I feel that is simply too low! I do understand the low total based on a north wind at Wrigley and the fact that the Rockies have struggled so bad to score runs in most games this season. However, note that German Marquez is 1-7 with a 7.66 ERA this season. As for the Cubs Cade Horton, he has been okay so far (4.40 ERA in 3 starts) but he has been in quite a few jams. He has been fortunate to keep his ERA at a decent level. The Rockies lost yesterday's game 3-1 but this followed a stretch in which 16 of last 21 Colorado games totaled at least 8 runs. Yes, Coors Field helps in that regard but if you look at only road games, the Rockies 10 of last 16 had totaled at least 8 runs. Neither pitcher can be expected to dominate here and so, though this just missed my premium card, going over this low number is absolutely worth a look here the way I see it.
