WNBA Player Props Predictions: Kamilla Cardoso Chicago Sky UNDER 5.5 Rebounds (+110) FD

After missing the first six games of the season, Chicago Sky center Kamilla Cardoso has fallen just short of this line in 3 of 4 games with 5, 5, 5 and 6 rebounds. Now she faces the Connecticut Sun who are one of the best defensive rebounding teams in the WNBA.

The frontcourt of Alyssa Thomas, DeWanna Bonner and Brionna Jones are all physically imposing players who love to feast on the boards and guard DiJonai Carrington is also one of the toughest rebounding guards in the league.

Cardoso is also limited on the offensive glass with an average of only 2.5 boards per game. On top of that, the Connecticut plays at the slowest pace of play in the WNBA which will further limit rebound chances.

Cardoso has maxed out at 21 minutes in her first four games, and it simply won’t be enough floor time to clear this total against this defense.

WNBA Player Props Predictions: Brionna Jones Connecticut Sun OVER 12.5 Points (-114) FD

Connecticut Sun forward Brionna Jones has scored 13+ points in 6 of her last 8 games while averaging 13.8 points per game.

This includes her lone game against the Chicago Sky where she scored 16 points in 23 minutes while shooting 7-8 from the field.

Jones scored 14 of those points in the paint as she exposed a Sky defense that ranks dead last in both points in the paint (38.57/game) and second chance points (15.86/game).

The Chicago bigs (Angel Reese & Kamilla Cardoso) are both rookies who are prone to get into foul trouble so Jones could see plenty of additional points from the charity stripe.

Look for Jones to take advantage of her scoring opportunities and clear this manageable point total.
