Premier League Preview #1: Wolves vs Liverpool

For perhaps the first time all season, Wolves enter a fixture with genuine momentum. Their 2-0 victory over local rivals Aston Villa on Friday night marked only their second win of the campaign, and while it may not immediately solve their relegation predicament, Rob Edwards’ men are playing with renewed confidence nonetheless.

Having lost just one of their last five games overall, they could prove to be a tough nut to crack for the defending champions on Tuesday night.

Liverpool, however, arrive in formidable form of their own, reeling off four straight wins and claiming victory in six of their last seven as they attempt to zero in on a top-four finish.

What has been most impressive for both sides of late has been their defensive discipline; since February 10th, both Liverpool and Wolves rank in the top six for goals allowed.

With Liverpool also ranking third in first-half clean sheet percentage this season, we expect a much quieter opening 45 minutes than many are anticipating.

Arsenal maintained their title charge over the weekend with an impressive 2-1 win against London rivals Chelsea. It was a statement performance that should silence both media and public speculation suggesting that the Gunners were on course to “bottle” yet another title bid.

After dropping points against Brentford and Wolves recently, Arsenal have now secured back-to-back wins for the first time since early-February, but they can ill afford to take their foot off the gas. Title rivals Manchester City continue to keep pace with them, sitting just five points back with a game in hand.

Arsenal face a Brighton side on Wednesday also coming off consecutive wins themselves, following strong showings against Brentford and Nottingham Forest.

While the Seagulls have played excellent defense lately—allowing just one goal in their last two starts and ranking joint-second in goals allowed since January 1st also—they have historically struggled to contain the Gunners at this venue.

Brighton have surrendered eight goals to Arsenal across their last three meetings on the South Coast, and their 46% first-half clean sheet percentage is the joint-fifth lowest in the league.

With Arsenal’s own first-half clean sheet rate dropping to 67% on the road, we expect at least one goal to hit the back of the net in the opening 45 minutes on Wednesday.

Premier League Predictions: 1H Over 1 (-119)

Premier League Preview #3: Tottenham vs Crystal Palace

Opposite sides of London clash on Thursday as North meets South in a battle that could turn into a relegation scrap if neither side snaps out of their current funk.

Crystal Palace did manage a home win against bottom-of-the-table Wolves ten days ago, yet that remains only their second league success since early December—a run that could have been even bleaker had Wolves converted their penalty in that matchup.

As poor as the Eagles have been, however, their North London rivals have endured an even tougher stretch. Tottenham enter this fixture on the back of four consecutive defeats and are still searching for their first Premier League victory of 2026.

However, it is worth noting that Spurs’ last league victory back in December came against this very Palace side.

Furthermore, Tottenham boast an excellent head-to-head record in this fixture, winning eight of their last nine home meetings against the Eagles.

While trusting Spurs has been difficult lately, their recent home schedule—including Arsenal, Newcastle, Manchester City, and Borussia Dortmund—has been brutal. At a straight pick’em price, the value lies with the home side to assert themselves early on Thursday.
