Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors Analysis

The Suns host the Raptors in Phoenix tonight, and we’ll take a look at this game from a props betting perspective as Devin Booker makes his second start since being out with safety protocols, and the Raptors are looking to build off a win against the Spurs as they start a four game road trip starting tonight.

Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors Team Totals

The books have put Toronto’s team total at 108.5 and Phoenix’s team total at 113.5, and I’m going under Toronto’s total here. They went over against San Antonio, but went under against Detroit, Orlando and Cleveland. They went over twice against Brooklyn, but that was without Kyrie and Durant.

Toronto has gone under this total 12 out of their last 13 losses, and I expect Phoenix to win tonight and hold Toronto’s scoring down. Phoenix has held two straight opponents under 100 points. No opinion on Phoenix’s team total, playing Toronto’s is good enough for me.

Recommendation: Toronto Raptors’ Team Total Under 108.5 Points

Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors Player Props

My favorite play is Jae Crowder over 10.5 points tonight. He was on a roll, cashing his points total over and then Tuesday went 3-for-15 from the field in one of his worst shooting performances of the year. The next game he was barely better going 5-for-16 from the field, but he got 11 points which cashed his over points. He’s 2-for-17 from threes the last two games, and I don’t expect that to continue. Toronto gives up over 21 points a game to power forwards, I like Crowder to go over his total tonight.

On the same team, I’ll take Cameron Payne under his 26.5 points + rebounds + assists. He had been going over this total a lot, but without Booker. Booker returned last game and he had 25, and Toronto is the No. 1 team defending points guards. Payne will come up just short of 26.5 again.

Recommendation: Jae Crowder Over 10.5 Points

Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors Same-Game Parlay

  • Devin Booker 20+ Points
  • Scottie Barnes 4+ Rebounds
  • Pascal Siakam 2+ Assists
  • Raptors’ Team Total Under 109.5 Points
    +154 Odds at FanDuel

Booker came back from break and got over this total easily. He should be able to easily get over tonight. Barnes has gotten 4+ rebounds in six-straight games including ten or more in four out of six games. Siakam has had 2+ assists in 45 out of his last 46 games, and as discussed above, I like Toronto to not score a lot of points.
