Nets vs Celtics Analysis

Brooklyn will try and extend this series past four games tonight and they will be a -1 favorite with a total of 220, and obviously Boston smells blood in the water, but we’ll be looking at this game through the prop betting markets as I feel like I see lots of value in some Team Totals and Player Props.

Nets vs Celtics Team Total Props

The Celtics team total is at 109.5 and Brooklyn’s is at 110.5, and I think Boston closes out this series tonight. They scored 115, 114 and 109 so far, and last games 109 total could’ve easily been much higher as they only shot 12-39 from threes.

I lean over for Boston, but I love Brooklyn under 110.5. They’ve scored fewer points each game this series (114, 107, 103), and Boston looks to be finding it easier to slow down the Brooklyn offense.

Boston has a ton of fans at these Brooklyn games, and Kyrie has been terrible since his game one 39 point explosion. Brooklyn under their team total for me tonight is a play.

Team Total Prop Play: Nets Under 110.5

Nets vs Celtics Player Props

I’ll start by taking Kyrie’s under 36.5 PRA, as it looks like Boston has taken his soul the last two games. He had a big game one, but since then has had 19 and 28 PRA and hasn’t made a three pointer in the last two games.

If he starts out cold, he could throw in the towel and come in way under this total. I’m also going under with Kevin Durant 41.5 PRA as Tatum has really stepped up his defense this series. Durant hasn’t had more than 36 PRA this series, I don’t see him going over tonight.

I think Brooklyn is done, and Boston is going to relish closing them out on their home court. They’ve easily covered this the last two games. Jayson Tatum has sailed over 25 points in games one and three, and last game he was really able to do whatever he wanted against them. Marcus Smart has gone over 10 points every game this series, and he plays 36+ minutes each game so opportunities are never a problem.
