NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Steph Curry, Warriors UNDER 9.5 Rebounds + Assists (-140) DK
Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry is averaging 4.4 rebounds & 4.5 assists for an average of 8.9 Rebounds + Assists through the early part of the regular season.
Curry has fallen short of 10 RA in 8 of his last 10 games while only eclipsing the total against the Washington Wizards and Portland Trailblazers who both give up big RA numbers to opposing point guards.
A major factor is the loss of Draymond Green as Curry has fallen short of this total in 13 of his last 16 games without him on the court.
The Magic allow the 9th least rebounds (5.48/game) and 3rd least assists (7.48/game) to opposing point guards.
Over the last 10 games, Orlando has also ranked 5th in defensive rating while playing at the 7th slowest pace of play. This play sets up perfectly for an under and i was fully expecting an 8.5, pay the extra juice and play under 9.5 RA for Curry.
NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Domantas Sabonis, Kings OVER 12.5 Rebounds (-142) FD
Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis is averaging 12.3 rebounds per game while only clearing this line in 14 of 31 games this season.
However, the Charlotte Hornets are a dream matchup as they allow the 2nd most rebounds (16.52/game) to opposing centers this season.
Recently they have been absolutely dominated as Jusuf Nurkic grabbed 15 rebounds, Nikola Jokic 11 (in a blowout), Ivica Zubac 14, Joel Embiid 15 and Jonas Valanciunas 13 rebounds.
Sabonis crushed this line in both head-to-head games against the Hornets last season with 16 & 23 rebounds. In the last 9 games that Sabonis has played 30+ minutes against Charlotte, he’s recorded double digit boards while recording 13+ in five of those games.
Mark Williams may also be out tonight which would open up the paint even more for Sabonis. Regardless Sabonis will have plenty of opportunities to eclipse 12.5 rebounds tonight in Sacramento.
