Dallas Mavericks vs Golden State Warriors Betting Analysis
The Golden State Warriors wrap up a five game road trip at the American Airlines Center against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night.
The Mavericks are coming off a 112-108 road loss against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night. The Warriors beat the Houston Rockets 121-108, making them 1-3 on the trip.
This will be the third and final game in a regular season series that is tied 1-1 after Golden State won 119-113 in Dallas on February 4th. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM EST/4:30 PST as the first game of an ESPN Wednesday night doubleheader.
Road Warriors
The Golden State Warriors move a game above .500 at 37-36 after beating Houston on Monday. The Warriors dominated the interior with a 48-41 rebounding advantage.
Steph Curry led all scorers with 30 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Klay Thompson was right behind him with 29 points and 7 rebounds while Kevon Looney recorded an 11 point, 10 rebound double-double.
The Warriors currently occupy the 6th seed in the Western Conference, 11.5 games behind the first place Nuggets and a half game from dipping into the play-in tournament. Golden State ranks 2nd in scoring with 118.3 points a game on 47.6% shooting.
They sit at 18th in defensive rating but 25th in defensive scoring with 117.9 points allowed per game. Draymond Green (wrist) and Kevon Looney (back) are both listed as probable for this contest.
Mavericks Hope To Avoid Play-In
The Dallas Mavericks fell back to .500 at 36-36 after losing in Memphis on Monday. The Grizzlies dominated the glass with a 50-37 rebounding edge. Kyrie Irving led his team in scoring with 28 points on 10-24 from the field.
Christian Wood and Jaden Hardy each scored 20 points off the bench. The Mavs currently occupy the 8th seed in the Western Conference, only a half game behind the Warriors and a game away from missing the play-in tournament altogether.
Dallas ranks 17th in scoring with 113.7 points a game on 47.4% from the floor. They sit at 23rd in defensive rating and 15th in defensive scoring with 113.2 points allowed per game.
Luka Doncic (thigh), Kyrie Irving (foot), Tim Hardaway Jr (illness) and Markieff Morris (knee) are all listed as questionable for this contest.

This game is a pick’em with the total set at 236. This is a critical matchup based on how close these teams are in the standings.
