Movlid Khaybulaev vs Jesus Pinedo

Khaybulaev looked dominant in his last fight, but that was against a weak opponent who couldn’t handle his wrestling and physicality.

Pinedo, on the other hand, has devastating power and length, needing only one clean shot to end a fight, as shown in his KO of Braga.

Over five rounds, Pinedo’s striking advantage and finishing ability make him a valuable underdog play, especially if Khaybulaev can’t keep it on the mat.

Nathan Kelly vs Frederik Dupras

Nathan Kelly has now been submitted in back-to-back fights and continues to train at a gym in Ireland that hasn’t produced strong grappling defense.

Dupras is a submission specialist and showed up last minute to save a fight for the PFL in his last outing—now he’s getting rewarded with a very beatable opponent.

This is a setup spot, and Dupras should be able to get the fight to the ground and lock something up. He’s the clear pick.

Jordan Newman over Eslam Abdul Baset

Newman is a dominant wrestler whose striking continues to improve each time out. Baset isn’t UFC-level talent and getting knocked out by Mike Shipman is a huge red flag. This is a clear mismatch—Newman should roll.

2025 PFL World Tournament Finals Main Event: Thad Jean vs Logan Storley

Storley’s path to victory is clear—he must get the fight to the ground—but that’s easier said than done against Thad Jean.

Jean pulled off a major upset against Jason Jackson, showing strong takedown defense and sharp, dangerous striking.

Over five rounds, it’s unlikely Storley can avoid Jean’s power and pace on the feet. Jean is the younger, more explosive fighter riding a wave of momentum, and he’s the pick to get it done again.
