Over his last three starts (16.2 IP) he has allowed five home runs combined and in his one start against Boston this season he went 5.2 innings while allowing three earned runs including one home run.

Anthony has been slotting in as the team’s leadoff hitter since his return which will maximize his at-bats tonight being the road team.

We cashed on a home run prop with Cal Raleigh last week and we’re going right back to him tonight to hit a home run as the Mariners host the Athletics.

Sure, it’s been a down year for Raleigh who has regressed from his 60 home run performance last season missing a month from May-June due to injury.

He’s been back to his form from last season though as of late batting .286 and slugging .833 over the last 15 days compared to his season averages of .172 and .359.

The Athletics send Jack Perkins to the mound tonight who shouldn’t go more than five innings, but he has allowed 18 home runs in 95.1 innings pitched this season.

Sure, just six of those have come on the road in 40.1 innings pitched but he has allowed 10 of those 18 to left handed batters in which Raleigh will be against him. Of Raleigh’s 20 home runs 12 of them have come at home and 13 of 20 have come against right handed pitching.

For what it’s worth the Athletics as a team have given up the third most home runs of any team since the all-star break so let’s take Raleigh at +300 odds to hit his home run props with other Mariners to consider for home run props includes Randy Arozarena and Julio Rodriguez (both +500).
