Home Run Props Best Bet of the Day #1: Rafael Devers (SF) +280

The Giants continue their NL West road trip tonight at Coors Field taking on the Rockies and we’ll look for Rafael Devers to cash his home run props with Colorado sending righty Ryan Feltner to the mound.

The Giants first baseman is behind pace of his 35 home run season in 2025 but he’s been starting to swing the bat with some more power as of late belting three home runs over the last week while slugging .850 during that time as well.

Sure, only six of his 15 total home runs this season have come on the road for Dever but he’s already done some damage at Coors Field this season going 6-14 with three doubles and a triple so we can sense a home run on the horizon especially after he hit two home runs there last season.

Of Devers’ 15 home runs, 12 have come against righties while slugging .540 against them on the season compared to just a .304 slugging percentage against lefties.

He hit eight of his 15 home runs in June alone with Feltner giving up four of his eight home runs against lefties and four of eight at home.

Also, let’s not forget the Rockies bullpen has given up the fifth most home runs on the season so let’s take Devers at +280 to hit his 16th home run of the season tonight. Other Giants batters to consider for home run props includes Casey Schmitt (+310) and Willy Adames (+360).

Home Run Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Max Muncy (ATH) +450

With news that Brent Rooker would miss the rest of the season with a knee injury and Tyler Soderstrom currently on the IL as well, some non-household names have to pick up the slack on offense for the Athletics including Max Muncy.

Muncy hasn’t played since Tuesday so he should be well and rested for tonight’s interleague battle with the Marlins as Miami sends righty Tyler Phillips to the mound. His numbers on the surface are solid posting a 3.02 ERA despite his 1-3 record.

This will be his seventh start after opening the season in the bullpen and his home/road splits are notable posting a 5.67 road ERA and five of his seven home runs given up compared to a 1.16 ERA at home.

He has given up a combined five home runs in his last three starts with Muncy hitting four of his five home runs against righties and three of five home runs at home in limited action this season.

The Athletics third baseman did have nine home run-in just 63 games last season and is coming off a June in which he hit three of his five home runs so he seems poised for a bigger role with the absences of key Athletics bats.

Sure, you can take power hitters Shea Langeliers or Nick Kurts at +215 each to hit a home run, but we wanted to offer slightly more value with Muncy at +450 to cash his home run prop against a Marlins team playing in their eighth straight road game tonight.
