Best Home Run Prop Bets – MLB Free HR Props Picks
Francisco Lindor (NYM) +400
The White Sox and Mets start up a series in Queens today with Adrian Houser making his second start for Chicago this season.
Coincidentally enough, he spent last season with the Mets, but wasn’t great going 1-5 with a 5.84 ERA while allowing five of eight total home runs in road starts while pitching 9.1 less innings than he did at home.
Left handed bats got the best of him last season so we’re going to go with switch-hitting Francisco Lindor to hit a home run today.
Lindor has hit eight of ten home runs against right handed pitching and he’s been immensely better at home this season batting .354 with a .626 slugging percentage compared to a .200 average and .309 slugging percentage in road games.
Lindor did have a home run in 12 at-bats against the White Sox last season and is on his way to accumulating the 33 home runs in total he had last season.
The Mets shortstop has just one home run in the last two weeks so let’s take him to hit a home run today at +400 with other Mets hitters to consider for a home run being Juan Soto (+390) and Mark Vientos (+500).
MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Trent Grisham (NYY) +330
Jack Kochanowicz takes the mound for the Angels tonight as they open up their series against the Yankees who continue their west coast trip.
The righty has allowed four of his nine total home runs at home and eight of nine home runs to lefties allowing in total a .327 average and .566 slugging percentage to left handed bats on the season.
We see this as a great opportunity for Trent Grisham to blast his 13th home run on the season who sports a .570 slugging percentage on the road compared to a .508 slugging percentage at home this season.
Grisham has definitely cooled off in May compared to the April that he had but he did have the day off yesterday and a double with two RBIs in the Yankees win over the Rockies on Saturday.
Kochanowicz allowed two home runs in his last start at the Athletics so let’s take a shot on Grisham at +330 to hit a home run with other lefty hitters who can possibly hit a home run for New York being Austin Wells (+390) and Cody Bellinger (+430).
