Bryce Harper is currently riding a six game hitting streak into their series hosting the Royals sending Jordan Lyles to the mound.

The Kansas City righty has allowed 22 home runs on the season with 13 of them coming against left-handed bats while allowing them to hit .271 with a .514 slugging percentage.

Lyles sports a 7.52 road ERA while allowing opponents to bat .291 away from Kauffman Stadium. Harper bats .331 at home with a .460 slugging percentage compared to a .265 average and .370 slugging percentage batting on the road.

In his career Harper is 3-7 with a home run against Lyles while batting .305 against right-handed pitchers on the season. Philadelphia is holding steady in the second NL Wildcard position while going 6-3 over their last nine games.

Look for them to keep it rolling tonight with odds listed at +350 for Harper to hit a home run tonight with other Phillies to consider for a home run include Nick Castellanos (+390) and Trea Turner (+520) who is 5-10 with a home run against Lyles in his career.

Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Freddie Freeman (+400)

Freddie Freeman has been red hot in August so far going 10-14 with five doubles and a home run as the Dodgers continue their tour of California.

They start up a 3-game series at Petco Park taking on the Padres and Yu Darvish in which Freeman is 9-28 in his career with three home runs.

Darvish allows lefties to hit .265 on the season with a .444 slugging percentage compared to a .228 average allowed to righties with a .400 slugging percentage. He’s allowed 11 of his 15 home runs when pitching at home.

Freeman’s splits are relatively even across the board as he’s making a strong case for NL MVP come season’s end.

Freeman’s odds to hit a home run tonight sit at +400 with other Dodgers to consider for one include David Peralta (+680) who is 10-28 with three home runs against Darvish and Will Smith (+440).
