Final Four Player Prop Analysis

The Final Four is set with many different players making an impact not many college basketball fans were aware of before the tournament started.

With this being the first Final Four without a top-3 seed and the first one without a single McDonald’s All-American on any team, player props can be tough to judge.

Which players will have the biggest impact filling the stat sheet come Saturday? Lets dive into some player props!

San Diego State Aztecs – Darrion Trammell Over 10.5 Points (-105)

Trammell has hit this mark in the last three Aztecs’ tournament games averaging 15.3 ppg in total.

He’s played 30+ minutes in each of San Diego State’s last two games and shot 46% from the field while attempting the most shots of any Aztecs player in each game.

Look for him to shine against Florida Atlantic once again as the Owls adjusted tempo on the season ranks 155th in the nation which is average for all teams.

Florida Atlantic Owls – Vladislav Goldin Over 6.5 Rebounds

The 7’1 Florida Atlantic center has been busy inside during the tournament so far. He’s averaged 8.2 rebounds per game including a whopping 13 in their Elite 8 win over Kansas State.

He’s the only true center for the Owls and has seen an uptick in minutes over the past two games averaging 28.5 minutes per game compared to only 18.5 minutes per game during their first two tournament games.

Goldin is three inches taller than any Aztecs player and the only rebounding threat inside for the Owls. The Aztecs allowed Creighton to grab 37 rebounds in total during their last game so I don’t see a problem with Goldin being able to grab seven himself during this game.

UConn Huskies – Adama Sanogo Over 17.5 Points

Sure this point total may seem like a tall glass of water but Sanogo has averaged 17.1 ppg on the season so far. If you take out the blowout win against Gonzaga last game, Sanogo has averaged 23.3 ppg in the tournament.

The Hurricanes biggest threat to defend Sanogo inside is Norchad Omier who only sits at 6’7 so the Mali native should have no problem finding the hoop inside.

If the Hurricanes decide to start fouling Sanogo, that’s not an issue as he’s shot 77% from the line so far this season as well.
