Jayden Daniels finally got back in action in Week 1 after he dealt with multiple injuries in 2025, but he finished with only 164 passing yards while completing 18 of 34 passes.

However, Daniels was playing on the road against an elite Philadelphia Eagles defense that held opposing quarterbacks to the 7th fewest passing yards with an average of only 204.5 per game.

Now Daniels draws an elite matchup against a Dallas Cowboys defense that allowed the MOST passing yards per game in 2025 with an average of 265.9 per game.

Jaxson Dart torched the Cowboys for 230 passing yards and three touchdowns in Week 1 while completing 23 of 29 passes. No surprise Dallas ranks DEAD LAST in EPA per drop back and Daniels recorded 275 yards against them in his only complete head-to-head game back in 2024.

The Cowboys are favored by -4 points with a huge total of 50.5 which sets up for the perfect game script while playing on the fast track at Jerry World.

Daniel Jones Indianapolis Colts OVER 8.5 Rushing Yards (-108) DK

Daniel Jones dealt with a ton of pressure against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1, but he still only managed to run the ball once for four yards.

Jones played with injuries for the majority of the 2025 campaign, but he still recorded double digit yardage in 5 of 13 games including a 16-yard effort (3 carries) against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 12.

The Chiefs ranked below average in rushing yards allowed to opposing quarterbacks with an average of 19.3 yards per game. Jones is very active in short yardage situations, and he thrives when the lights shine the brightest which will be the case in a standalone game on Sunday night.

The Chiefs should be playing with a lead as -.6.5-point home favorites and that should keep Jones in passing situations that give him opportunities to scramble and collect yardage.

NFL Week 2 Running Back Props

NFL Week 2 RB Prop Prediction #1

Saquon Barkley Philadelphia Eagles OVER 77.5 Rushing Yards (-114) DK

Saquon Barkley snuck past this total in Week 1 against the Washington Commanders while recording 83 rushing yards on 15 carries while playing 71% of the offensive snaps.

Now Barkley draws an elite matchup against a Tennessee Titans defense that currently ranks 28th in run defense DVOA and 24th in PFF run defense grade.

New York Jet running backs torched the Titans in Week 1 as Breece Halle finished with 102 rushing yards on 22 carries and Braelon Allen finished with 40 yards on 10 carries.

Jalen Hurts did vulture 7 rushing attempts in Week 1, but Barkley saw the lion’s share of the carries among Philadelphia running backs as Will Shipleyand Tank Bigsby only logged 3 rushing attempts.

Barkley will be running behind a strong offensive line that ranked 10th in run block win rate in Week 1. The Eagles are favored by a touchdown and it’s going to close to 100 degrees with humidity in Nashville so the game script should be perfect, and the defense should be gassed during the 2nd half.

NFL Week 2 RB Prop Prediction #2

Kaelon Black San Francisco 49ers OVER 9.5 Rushing Attempts (-116) DK

Kaelon Black saw a heavier workload than most expected in Week 1 as he ran the ball 14 times for 65 yards while playing 43.1% of the offensive snaps against the Los Angeles Rams.

Now Black draws a much more favorable matchup against a Miami Dolphins defense that ranks 24th in run defense DVOA after allowing Aston Jeanty to run the ball 23 times for 102 yards and Mike Washington run the ball 7 times for 41 yards.

The Dolphins could be missing two starters on their defensive line as Chop Robinson and Jordan Phillips are both listed as questionable.

The San Francisco 49ers are the biggest favorites of Week 2 (-13.5) which sets us up for an ideal game script. Kyle Shanahan should look to keep Christian McCaffrey as rested and healthy as possible especially after he cramped up in Australia. Look for the Niners to lean on Black down the stretch after they build a solid lead.

NFL Week 2 Wide Receiver Props

NFL Week 2 WR Prop Prediction #1

Marvin Harrison Jr Arizona Cardinals OVER 34.5 Receiving Yards (-109) DK

Marvin Harrison Jr managed to log 33 receiving yards in Week 1 despite only seeing 3 targets while playing 79% of the offensive snaps. Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur and offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett have both stated that his low target volume wasn’t due to lack of intent as he was a victim of the game script with Arizona leading late in the game.

Harrison has thrived in his head-to-head matchups with the Seattle Seahawks defense as he’s recorded 47+ receiving yards in 3/4 career games while landing on 33 yards in the other game.

The New England Patriots offense struggled against Seattle in Week 1, but we still saw Mack Hollins finish with 51 yards and AJ Brown finish with 26 yards despite being exiting the game very early in the 3rd quarter due to an injury.

Those obviously aren’t impressive numbers, but we are only asking for 35 yards from Harrison in a game where the Seahawks are favored by 4 despite playing on the road.

Terry McLaurin Washington Commanders OVER 51.5 Receiving Yards (-111) DK

We locked in a future play on Terry McLaurin over 5.5 touchdowns in 2026 partially based on the fact that new Washington Commanders offensive coordinator David Blough stated that he wanted to get him 10+ targets per game.

Blough fell well short that mark in Week 1 as McLaurin only saw 4 targets while recording 2 receptions for 14 yards in a challenging matchup against a Philadelphia Eagles defense that allowed the 8th fewest yards to opposing wide receivers in 2025 (135.4/game).

Now McLaurin draws an elite matchup against a Dallas Cowboys defense that MOST receiving yards to wide outs with an average of 171 per game.

McLaurin has recorded 56+ receiving yards in each of his last four games and 5 of his last 6 games against Dallas while landing on 50 yards in the lone game where he fell short.
