De La Cruz doesn’t rely solely on his power so the wind will affect him a bit less and he’ll be guaranteed a full 9 innings of at-bats while playing on the road where he’s covered this HRR line in 12/18 games (67%) while averaging 2.4 HRR per game.

Usually, I’m not in the business of backing hitter’s props against last season’s NL Cy Young award winner Paul Skenes but Corbin Carroll is one of the few players who thrives against him while going 3-9 (.333) with a triple and a double.

Skenes hasn’t quite as dominant in 2026 as he’s only recorded 3 quality starts across 7 starts while posing a 3.18 (high by his standards).

The Pirates ace has been even worse on the road where he’s posted a 4.26 ERA across a small sample size of 12.2 innings of work.

Carroll has been better on the road where he’s cleared this line in 9/16 games (56%) while averaging 2.6 HRR per game. Let’s look for the Diamondbacks slugger to get the job done tonight at Chase Field.
