Julian Alvarez and Lautaro Martinez have the most fouls for Argentina (8 each) which might seem weird, but it makes sense as the system they play require them to press relentlessly, as Messi is doing almost zero pressing.

Julian Alvarez is projected to start here, and he’s had 3/3/0 fouls in his 3 starts so far, with that zero coming against lowly Jordan. Now up against England’s center backs who also get fouled a lot, as Guehi has been fouled 11 times and Konsa another 11 (although Konsa sometimes plays as a Right Back).

With Argentina’s forwards (that are not named Messi) fouling quite a few times. I definitely see Guehi drawing at least one foul here. By the way, he is +145 to draw 2+ Fouls, some value there.
