The Belmont Stakes Festival kicks off on Wednesday at Saratoga while Belmont finishes their construction and they kick it off with a 10 race card that includes 6 listed stakes races. Sean has gone through the card and is leaning on exacta and pick 3 plays that are included within this package including top 3 selections for races 2-10 (Hurdle race kicks off the card - no opinions there).
