Game Thoughts: This one's straight forward for us. While Lecce are in a battle to avoid relegation but sitting just above the line in 17th they are faced with a difficult task of taking on a Napoli side that have made their way to the top of the league and a 3 point advantage at that over Inter Milan with 4 games remaining in the season. We're going to look at the total here as I'd expect Lecce to take very few chances at opening this up and play a 10 men behind the ball approach and limited the visitors chances in hopes of picking up a valuable draw. The reverse fixture in Naples between these two ended 1-0 for Napoil and this has a similar 1-0, or 2-0 final feel to it.
