THE PLAY: Pittsburgh Steelers Total Over 23.5 (-142)
The Bengals’ defense is horrid. They’ve allowed 27 or more points each of the last four games. Meanwhile, the Steelers are averaging 23.8 PPG for the season. But they’ve faced mostly good defenses, like the Browns, Vikings, Patriots and Seahawks. The one time they faced a poor defense was the opener against the Jets and that ended up being a 34-point performance.
Aaron Rodgers and company just had five scoring drives against a Browns defense that is one of the best in the league. So, as long as they're not settling for field goals, the offense should put a decent number of points up Thursday.
Joe Flacco is now the starting QB for Cincinnati. Given his propensity for pick 6's, there's always a chance the Steelers' defense could contribute to the scoring as well!
