Brighton vs Everton | January 31 | 10:00 AM ET

Brighton -115 | Everton +320 | Draw +260

Everton maintained their charge into the top-half of the table last weekend as they secured a solid 1-1 draw against Leeds at home, with the Toffees now suffering just one loss in Premier League action since late December.

Brighton, meanwhile, continued their downward trajectory in the table with a 2-1 loss on the road against Fulham, with the Seagulls worryingly now winning just one Premier League game since late November.

Everton have also owned a recent hoo-doo over Brighton in this venue down on the south coast, with the Seagulls failing to beat their visitors across any of their last five meetings at the Amex.

A huge concern for Brighton across the last few weeks has been their offense, with the Seagulls ranking bottom-half in the league in goals scored since December 1st.

Brighton remain one of only three teams in the league this season also yet to score a single counter-attacking goal, with their xG per shot ratio also ranking bottom-half in the league at home this season as well.

Away from home, Everton have kept three straight clean sheets, and have allowed 2+ goals to an opponent just once across their last seven road games.

We believe they’ll stretch that to one in eight in Brighton on Saturday.

Premier League Predictions: Brighton Team Total Under 1.5 (-110)

Aston Villa vs Brentford | February 1 | 9:00 AM ET

Aston Villa -105 | Brentford +280 | Draw +250

Two teams locked in midtable will look to reignite their seasons on Saturday as Brighton make the short trip north to take on Fulham in the English capital.

Fulham have been in the better form of the two sides recently, winning four of their last seven games overall, but do come off a loss to Leeds last weekend.

Brighton, meanwhile, have slowly been turning a corner themselves, coming off a fairly miserable December that saw them win no games across the calendar month, but since the start of January, the Seagulls have won two of their four games so far remaining unbeaten, scoring in every game also.

Despite Fulham’s impressive run in the league since the start of December, there have been some worrying signs for the Cottagers, namely the fact that Fulham have generated fewer than five corners in each of their last seven games.

The Cottagers have also generated just 3.6 shots on target per game at home this season as well, the league’s 4th lowest figure overall, so their underlying stats certainly don’t match the success they’ve had in front of goal this season.

We’re banking on those stats to catch up to them here, and that Fulham won’t be able to score two goals against a Brighton side that owns the joint-4th best defensive record in the league since November 1st.

Premier League Predictions: Fulham Team Total Under 1.5 (-157)

Sunderland vs Burnley | February 2 | 3:00 PM ET

Sunderland -145 | Burnley +410 | Draw +250

Two of this season’s newly-promoted sides clash in the main game on Monday night as 19th placed Burnley make their way due east to take on 11th placed Sunderland.

Sunderland enjoyed a rocket start to their Premier League campaign this season, sitting in joint-3rd spot in the league in total points generated heading into the first week of November.

Since then though it’s been largely downhill for the Black Cats as they’ve won just three games in the Premier League since November 1st, as well as scoring the 3rd-fewest goals in the league across that timeframe also.

Another team who joins them on the 3rd-fewest goals scored list since November 1st (tied at just 13 goals each), is this Burnley side, with both sides ranking bottom-three in offensive xG across that timeframe also.

No team in the league owns a lower xG per shot ratio than Burnley does this season, with no team having less chances inside their opponents 6-yard box than the Clarets either.

For this play though, we’re instead going to focus on the first-half where Sunderland have scored a league-low 7 goals inside the opening 45 minutes of games this season.

We’re expecting an incredibly low-scoring game as a result here on Monday night between Burnley and Sunderland in a game goals may come at a premium in.

Premier League Prediction: 1H Under 1 (-135)
