Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Props Prediction: Aaron Rodgers OVER 33.5 Pass Attempts (-102)

Aaron Rodgers has utilized the short passing attack to his running backs & tight ends in recent weeks with DK Metcalf on the shelf due to a suspension.

We have taken advantage with cashed tickets on his pass completions against the Detroit Lions and pass attempts against the Baltimore Ravens.

Rodgers has recorded 47, 39 & 41 pass attempts in his last three games but his high pass attempt run goes back even further that as he’s cleared this line in 7 of his last 11 games.

The Houston Texans rank middle of the pack in pass attempts allowed on the season, but we have seen 3 of the last 4 opposing quarterbacks eclipse their respective lines as Riley Leonard logged 34 attempts, Justin Herbert (32) and Jacoby Brissett (40).

The Pittsburgh Steelers are +3-point home underdogs so they should see a pass heavy game script, and they are projected to see a 60.5% pass rate on Monday night.

The Steelers offensive line ranks 3rd in pass protection so Rodgers should get time throw against an elite secondary.

DK Metcalf will return but that will just give Rodgers his #1 target back, but I don’t see Houston allowing a ton of deep shots. Look for Rodgers to continue to take what’s there and utilize the short passing game.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Props Prediction: CJ Stroud UNDER 230.5 Passing Yards (-114)

CJ Stroud has fallen short of this line in 8/14 games on the season while just creeping past this number in three of his overs with 244 (twice) and 233 yards.

Stroud is a quarterback who thrives at home where he averages 259 yards per game compared to 214 on the road and when he plays outdoors, he averages only 199,6 yards per game.

In 2025, Stroud’s passer rating goes from 101.4 at home compared to only 85.5 on the road and his completion percentage goes from 66% to 61%.

Stroud struggles in open air stadiums, and the Steelers pass rush will test a shaky offensive line. The last time Stroud played outdoors was Week 14 in Kansas City and he completed only 48% of his passes will throwing for just over 200 yards and being sacked three times.

Temperatures will be below freezing with wind chill and dome teams are 1-10 on the road with temperatures below 40 degrees in the last 10 years.

However, the Texans are -3-point road favorites so they should see a run heavy game script in general, and they should lean on that ground attack to make things more comfortable for their quarterback.
