NBA Props Picks for Tuesday: Kelly Oubre Jr Philadelphia 76ers OVER 14.5 Points (-104)

The Boston Celtics defense has decided to blitz Tyrese Maxey and force other players to beat them and players like Kelly Oubre Jr were consistently left wide open.

Oubre Jr only scored 10 points, but it was a horrible shooting effort as he went 5-14 from the field and 0-5 from three-point land.

However, it was encouraging that Oubre Jr still played 31 minutes despite a 32-point blowout loss. The Philadelphia 76ers trust Oubre Jr and they rely heavily on his defense against Jayson Tatum and/or Jaylen Brown and that’s a clear path to 35+ minutes in a closer game.

The books are fully expecting another high-volume game as Oubre Jr’s field goal attempts line is set at 13.5 with -110 juice to the over.

The Sixers should play a better game tonight and Oubre Jr will surely see additional minutes if they can avoid a blowout.

NBA Props Picks for Tuesday: Jayson Tatum Boston Celtics OVER 15.5 Rebounds + Assists (+104)

Jayson Tatum is coming off a dominating 18 RA effort on 25 combined chances across 32 minutes in Game 1 against the Philadelphia 76ers. 

Tatum has been an RA monster down the stretch with 20+ RA in 5 of his last 6 games and 17+ RA in 7 of his last 9 games.

Tatum isn’t on a minute’s restriction anymore so he should see additional minutes if the Sixers play a tighter game and he’s averaged 16.3 RAs on a combined 25.7 potential RAs in 10 games with Jaylen Brown on the court when playing 30+ minutes.

The Philadelphia 76ers are a good rebounding team without Joel Embiid and they already rank 24th in RA allowed to opposing power forwards (14.8/game). We should fully expect a massive effort from Tatum after getting his feet wet in playoff action.
