The Pistons have won five of their last six games and start up a three-game west coast trip in Denver taking on the Nuggets who are off back-to-back road wins themselves.

We’re going to take Ausar Thompson to go over 18.5 points + rebounds + assists tonight with Denver allowing the eighth most points, seventh most rebounds and second most assists per game to small forwards over the last 15 days.

Thompson has been busy in recent games averaging 21 points + rebounds + assists in his last three which includes double digit scoring in two of them and averaging 51% shooting on the season.

Aaron Gordon has already been ruled out for Denver in this one which will make it easier on the Pistons as a whole on the offensive end with Denver posting a 120.8 defensive rating in games without him.

That rating would rank dead last in the NBA heading into tonight with Denver also sitting bottom ten in offensive rebounds given up per game already heading into tonight.

In his last two games against the Nuggets Thompson is averaging 20 points + rebounds + assists so let’s take the Pistons small forward to stuff the stat sheet tonight going over 18.5 points + rebounds + assists against an injury ridden Nuggets team tonight.

NBA Player Props Best Bet #2: Grayson Allen (PHX) Over 3.5 Three-Point Makes (-110)

Unfortunately for the Suns they will be without Devin Booker for the near future after he suffered an ankle injury last Friday and will be re-evaluated in one week.

Phoenix proceeded to lose against Miami on Sunday with Grayson Allen going 1-11 from three-point range.

We’re going to take Allen to bounce back and go over 3.5 three-pointers made at home against a Nets team that has allowed the highest three-point field goal percentage of any NBA team this season.

Sure, Allen is just 2-16 from three-point range across his last two games, but a shooter like him doesn’t stay cold for too long averaging 4.8 three-point makes per game in the six games before that.

Coincidentally one of those games was against the Nets in Brooklyn where Allen went 4-10 from deep in a 126-117 win.

We fully anticipate Allen getting to double-digit three-point shot attempts again tonight with Booker out so let’s take him to be a threat from deep tonight going over 3.5 three-point makes against a Nets team that just allowed the Clippers to shoot 48% from three-point range in their last time out.
