NFL Player Props Week 4

Looking for the best NFL Player Props for Week 4? Picks and Parlays NFL handicapper Steve Seagrave breaks down his top NFL player prop picks for Week 4 across several of the biggest games on the schedule. This week’s NFL prop bets feature quarterback, running back, wide receiver and anytime touchdown props, including passing yards, rushing yards, receiving yards and touchdown scorer markets.

Whether you’re searching for NFL Week 4 player props, NFL prop predictions, NFL betting picks or the best NFL props today, this guide features six player prop bets involving Jordan Love, Jonathan Taylor, Chuba Hubbard, Jake Ferguson and more!

NFL Week 4 Quarterback Props

NFL Week 4 Quarterback Prop Prediction #1

Jameis Winston New York Giants OVER 208.5 Passing Yards (-114)

The New York Giants have been very conservative with Jameis Winston, and he’s finished with 118 and 111 passing yards, but we have to keep in mind that he didn’t start in Monday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Now Winston gets an opportunity against an Arizona Cardinals defense that ranks below average against the pass while allowing 247 yards per game and their two starting cornerbacks have an average PFF grade of 52.1. Jacoby Brissett and the Cardinals have been airing it out as they rank top 10 in pass frequency.

We have seen all three opposing quarterbacks eclipse this number against Arizona including Brock Purdy (297), Drew Lock (235) and Justin Herbert (209). It’s time for Winston to go back to his roots as a gunslinger in what sets up as a low scoring game with a solid total of 44.5.

NFL Week 4 Quarterback Prop Prediction #2

Jordan Love Green Bay Packers OVER 1.5 Touchdown Passes (+110)

Jordan Love has thrown exactly two touchdown passes in each of his first two games of the season while averaging 281.3 passing yards per game.

Without Josh Jacobs, the Green Bay Packers rushing attack has been non-existent as they rank DEAD LAST in rushing yards per attempt with only 3 yards per carry. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers run defense has been very stout as they rank 2nd with only 3.1 yards allowed per carry.

Tampa Bay has only allowed four passing touchdowns through their first three games, but DeShaun Watson beat this line with two, and Kyler Murray and the Vikings led early on and kept things relatively conservative. Love and the Packers will find it easier to throw against a strong run defense and they have plenty of scoring options at their disposal.

NFL Week 4 Running Back Props

NFL Week 4 RB Prop Prediction #1

Jonathan Taylor Indianapolis Colts OVER 90.5 Rushing Yards (-112)

Jonathan Taylor has covered this line in 2 of his first 3 games of the season with 68, 92 and 98 yards for an average of 86 yards per game.

The Indianapolis Colts have only handed the ball of on 44% of their offensive snaps, but Taylor has still seen amazing volume with 23, 24 and 19 rushing attempts.

Indianapolis has an elite offensive line that currently ranks 6th in run blocking according to PFF. The Washington Commanders did a solid job keeping the lid on Seattle Seahawk and Dallas Cowboy running backs, but Saquon Barkley did run for 83 yards against them in Week 1.

However, Washington’s linebacker core has been bit by the injury bug as Leo Chenal is out for the season (neck) and Frankie Luvu is dealing with a nagging groin injury.

This game will be played overseas in London, and the Colts find themselves as -3.5-point favorites which should set Taylor up with a positive game script.

NFL Week 4 RB Prop Prediction #2

Chuba Hubbard Carolina Panthers OVER 18.5 Receiving Yards (-114) FD

Chuba Hubbard has crushed this line in 2 of 3 games to open the 2026 NFL campaign with 28, 11 and 38 receiving yards (avg 25.7/game) despite only seeing 4, 2 and 3 targets.

Those targets could increase in Week 4 as Xavier Legette is listed as doubtful and Jalen Coker is listed as questionable. The Detroit Lions rank 5th in blitz rate (42.6%) and Hubbard already thrived against a blitz happy Chicago Bears defense in a Week 1 (38 yards) game where his teammate Jonathan Brooks also logged a 48-yard reception in that contest.

Brooks has already been ruled out for the remainder of the season and that leaves Hubbard as the Panthers only legitimate receiving threat out of the backfield.

We have already seen two running backs beat this number as Breece Hall finished with 23 yards and Travis Etienne finished with 32 yards.

NFL Week 4 Wide Receiver/Tight End Props

NFL Week 4 TE Prop Prediction

Jake Ferguson Dallas Cowboys OVER 23.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

In the first three weeks of the season, Jake Ferguson has run 82 routes while playing 128 snaps and posting a 10.9% target share in the process.

Those are solid numbers while competing with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens and Ferguson’s numbers are on the rise during the past two weeks while catching 7/9 targets for 66 yards.

Now Ferguson draws an elite matchup against a Houston Texans defense that has allowed the 5th most yards (71/game) and 9th most receptions (6/game) to opposing tight ends.

The Texans linebacking core is thin and most of their top coverage guys are banged up or ruled out for Week 4. We have already watched two tight ends absolutely torch Houston including Tyler Warren (55) and Dalton Kincaid (130).

NFL Week 4 WR Prop Prediction

Malik Washington Miami Dolphins OVER 37.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Malik Washington currently leads the Miami Dolphins in receiving yards (152), receptions (12) and targets (23) through the first three games of the season.

More importantly to this particular play, Washington has covered this line in all three of those games with 56, 53 and 43 receiving yards.

Now Washington will face off against a Minnesota Vikings defense that has allowed the 10th most receiving yards to opposing wide receivers with an average of 174 yards per game.

We have already seen six opposing wide receivers eclipse this number against Minnesota including Emeka Egbuka (62), Ted Hurst III (40), Kalif Raymond (43), Rome Odunze (40), Matthew Golden (95) and Christian Watson (147).

De’Von Achane is on the shelf due to an injury so there will be extra touches on the table, and the game script is perfect as the Dolphins sit as -10.5-point underdogs.

NFL Week 4 Touchdown Props

NFL Week 4 Anytime Touchdown Prop Prediction #1

James Cook III Buffalo Bills (-111)

James Cook has scored in each of his last two games despite Josh Allen receiving 55.6% of the Buffalo Bills carries inside the five-yard line.

Cook is the only other Bills player who has recorded a carry inside the five-yard line and Allen took a shot to the knee in Week 3 so he may be less likely to risk running in Week 4.

Cook has scored a touchdown in 3 of his last 4 head-to-head meetings with the New England Patriots (6 total), and they just allowed both Bhayshul Tuten and Chris Rodriguez scored against them in a blowout loss in Jacksonville.

Cook has posted a monster 22.6% explosive run rate, so he doesn’t necessarily need to rely on scoring from the red area. The Bills are -6.5-point home favorites in this contest and that sets Cook up with an ideal game script to find the end zone.

NFL Week 4 Anytime Touchdown Prop Prediction #2

Brock Bowers Las Vegas Raiders (+185)

Brock Bowers had an amazing first game his 2026 campaign where he caught 10 of 13 targets for 116 yards and a touchdown against the New Orleans Saints. In that game, Bowers saw three red area targets while posting a 39.4% target share.

Now Bowers gets an opportunity to expose a Kansas City Chiefs defense that has already allowed touchdowns to tight ends Evan Engram and Tyler Warren to score in 2026.

The last time Bowers faced Kansas City was back in 2024 and he caught 10 of 14 targets for 140 yards and a touchdown despite playing on the road. Now he’s at home in an indoor game as a -4.5-point underdog which sets up for a pass heavy game script.
