For example, a 1-Year All-Access Pass covers all plays released and played within that 365-day window — it does not guarantee 365 picks.

Once a product or service has been purchased, delivered, and/ or viewed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued due to restrictions imposed by Federal and/or local regulatory agencies, including but not limited to;

In-state collegiate teams and events
In-state Professional teams and events
Wager or Sub-Wager Type
Lack of access to authorized operators
Undelivered email or SMS notifications as we are unable to guarantee the deliverability and/or restrictions set forth by your provider.

Plays are loaded to your account and can be accessed by logging in and clicking “My Plays”. Downloadable items are accessed through “My Plays” in the member’s area in the right-hand column. In the event of an error, plays are not loaded to your account we require a screenshot of the member’s area of your account to be sent for review to [email protected]. Subscriptions include selections for games that are played within your subscription. *A 30-Day pass that is active 5/1/2021 - 5/31/2021 will not include selections for games played on 6/1/2021 or later regardless of the release date. If you feel an exception to the refund policy as listed above is warranted please email [email protected] outlining your concern. It will be reviewed and consideration will be made at the sole discretion of WagerTalk Media’s Support Team.
