We make a small play on the Wild here. Minnesota had their big win streak broken and lost in regulation for the first time in 13 games. We had Minnesota in that game and like a dog on the bone we will look to bet the Wild in this one. This time we play the first period ML as Vancouver plays this game in less than 24 hrs after a loss to Utah. Tough spot for a Canucks team that is trending to the bottom really fast. That is what happens in the NHL when your goaltending is just bad. They also cannot score as they have had only 3 goals in their last 3 games. We keep this small because of the large number and because this is second home off of a road trip for Vancouver. If they do show up for a game it just could be tonight. However, they are playing the wrong team for that as Minnesota has won 8 of the L/10 between the clubs.
