The Ravens come into Atlanta with a backup QB, and during the John Harbaugh Era this team has had some success with backup QBs. Or at least that's what I thought until I ran the numbers. As it turns out the Ravens are 5-12 in games that Lamar Jackson has missed since 2021. The injuries don't stop at the QB position, the Ravens have several starters on both sides of the ball that are listed as questionable or ruled out. The Falcons on the other hand come in with the #1 rushing defense in the NFL, and a perfect 2-0 record with Michael Penix Jr. as QB.

THE PLAY: Seattle Seahawks -3.0 (-110)

This is a free play on Seattle.

The Niners come into Seattle undefeated, but this is a tough spot for the underdog. Seattle beat the pants off them in the divisional round of last year's playoffs, and the Seahawks defense is up to their old tricks. JSN is still the top WR1 in the NFL IMO, and even though they could use Charbonnet, Emanuel Wilson has been solid filling the gap. I expect Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey to struggle in this game.

With Ashton Jeanty unlikely to play, and a starting receiver out of the lineup, we should see a heavy workload for the TE Brock Bowers. He has 16 receptions for 202 yards and two TDs in the two games he's played this season. Going back to the end of last season, he's scored a TD in five of his last six games. He's up against the Patriots defense that has six players listed as questionable.

Drake May on the other hand is also among the league leaders, but leading the NFL with seven INTs isn't nearly as impressive. The Pats benefited from a soft schedule last year, and that success hasn't translated so far in 2026.
