3% Teaser (6 pt) - Denver (4:05 ET) & Chicago (4:25 ET): Teasing both the Broncos and Bears through the key numbers of 3 and 7 in the 4 pm et kickoffs. This is currently available at both DK and FD. Denver faces the Chargers, who are 2-0 SU and playing their third consecutive AFC West matchup. The Lightning Bolts have defeated both the Chiefs (27-21) and Raiders (20-9) thus far, but will be operating on a short week after playing on MNF. In case you were wondering, teams to open the season with three straight division games have gone just 2-5 SU and 1-6 ATS in Week 3 the L20 years, failing to cover the spread by over 10 points per game! Also, the  Chargers are coming off B2B primetime games. The last eight teams to do that have gone 1-7 ATS! Still, I feel “safer” about throwing the Broncos in a tease as QB Bo Nix is an incredible 18-1 in a 6-point teaser during his career in the regular season. The Broncos just don’t get blown out. They would be coming into this game at 2-0 if not for an unfortunate penalty at the end of the game vs. the Colts. Denver did lose both matchups against the Chargers last year, but they were both decided by just seven points. Four of the previous five meetings have been decided by seven points or less. All we are asking for here, at the very worst, is another one-score game. 

With the Bears, they obviously looked terrible last week in Detroit, but that result has created tremendous value as I really don’t think they should be a dog here. The Cowboys almost lost to the Giants last week (needed OT) and gave up 37 points. You’d be hard-pressed to find a head coach that “needs” a win more this week than Ben Johnson. While it’s only his first year in the Windy City, expectations were that this Bears team was going to be better. For the first three quarters of Week 1, it appeared they were headed for a victory until things unraveled late. I expect QB Caleb Williams to look good here after Russell Wilson was able to carve up this Cowboys defense last week.
