I understand how awful the Dolphins were in Week 1, embarrassed at Indianapolis. Mike McDaniel summed it up: “When you lose the turnover game (minus-3), you turn the ball over on downs, you run into the kicker, you have 12 guys in the huddle, and you only have 20 minutes with the ball in your possession, that’s a formula for failure and nothing else. We have one direction to go from here —and it’s the opposite direction of what this effort produced.” Tua, following the game: "We don't want to overreact, and we don't want to underreact -- we want to make sure we get this right so that this never happens again." This game is Miami’s season and they know it. Heck, it could be McDaniel’s job, and he knows it. I’m expecting a MUCH better effort AND execution this week against a Patriots team that went 4-13 last year; looking very much like a 4-13 type team in 2025, despite the coaching change. Ted Sevransky (better known as Teddy Covers) moved to Las Vegas to bet on sports full-time back in 1998 and he's been doing it successfully ever since. Teddy starred in the recent sports betting documentary Life on the Line and has been featured in an ESPN 30-for-30 and on Showtime's 'Action' miniseries.

Teddy is a 1992 University of Michigan graduate. His handicapping approach is fine tuned for the modern betting marketplace in 2025; a market that is dominated by stat-based quants - the ‘sharp money’.
