Norris made a blunder in Q3 so he'll be starting a few places behind Piastri, but he only needs to get around the Aston Martins who he is way faster than, and he has upgrades in his car this week that Piastri doesn't that gives him a 0.2 seconds advantage on every lap.  Norris should make quick work of the Astons and then get around his teammate in this sprint race.
