Denver was trailing at half in all five games against the Lakers. They came back and won four times, obviously. But Denver has been one of the better first half team in the league at home throughout the regular season with a +5.1 point differential. The Timberwolves trailed at half in two of their four games against Phoenix. They step on to a much bigger stage against the defending champions in the second round of the playoffs. I also suspect that Denver won't want to have play from behind again to avoid giving away home court in the first game of the series. We will get an extra motivated Nuggets team.
